Winter 2026 Horse Camp

Give your child an unforgettable experience during their Winter Break. This is an amazing & educational experience for your child in a horse-filled environment. Our goal is to safely educate your children about horses! WCM Winter Horse Camp is TWO weeks of FUN!

NOTE: Thursday 12/24 AND Thursday 12/31 are AM SESSIONS only

There will be real SNOW on 12/24 - JOIN US for the exciting SNOW DAY!!

Friday 12/25 and Friday 1/1 CLOSED FOR EACH HOLIDAY

BEWARE:  DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE - Based on Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County School Calendars

Camp starts promptly at 9:30 each day, and ends at 4:00. Camp weeks are listed below: 

Week 1: Monday, 12/21/2026 to Thursday 12/24/2026  = 3.5 days total
               (WED 12/24 IS AM ONLY). (NO CAMP CHRISTMAS DAY 12/25/26)

Week 2: Monday, 12/28/2026 to Thursday 12/31/2026  = 3.5 days total 
               (WED 12/31 IS AM ONLY). (NO CAMP NEW YEAR'S DAY 1/1/27)

Tickets for each week are purchased per week, in full or half day sessions, as seen below. You may also purchase individual full or half days. We are here to suit YOUR schedule!

Drop off/pick up 30 minutes before and after camp sessions 
DROP OFF 9-9:30AM and PICK UP 4-4:30PM  
(HALF DAY CHANGE BETWEEN 12-1PM)

Early drop-off options must be arranged in advance. CASH payment is made directly each day to staff member assigned to care for the camper. See daily cost below.

Cost based on drop off time: (Please BRING CASH with you each day)

8:30am - 9:00am = $10

8:00am - 8:30am = $15

7:30am - 8:00am = $20

7:00am - 7:30am = $25

Half Day Times: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm OR 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
                           AM Session campers are welcome to stay and eat lunch with us (PICK UP BY 1:00 PM).
                           PM Session Campers are welcome to come early at noon and eat with us (DROP OFF AFTER 12 NOON).

Late pick-up (after 4:30 pm) is arranged on individual basis in advance. Please email [email protected] or speak with a camp leader to pre-arrange what you need.
