Give your child an unforgettable experience during their Winter Break. This is an amazing & educational experience for your child in a horse-filled environment. Our goal is to safely educate your children about horses! WCM Winter Horse Camp is TWO (2) 4-day weeks of FUN!

BEWARE: DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE - Based on Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County School Calendars
Camp starts promptly at 9:30 each day, and ends at 4:00. Camp weeks are listed below:
Week 1: Tuesday, 12/26/2023 to Friday 12/29/2023
Week 2: Tuesday, 1/2/2024 to Friday 1/5/2024
Tickets for each week are purchased per week, in full or half day sessions, as seen below. You may also purchase individual full or half days. We are here to suit YOUR schedule!
Drop off/pick up 30 minutes before (between 9:00-9:30 and after (4:00-4:30) camp sessions
Early drop-off options must be arranged in advance. Cash payment is made directly each day to staff member assigned to care for the camper. See daily cost below.
Cost based on drop off time:
8:30am - 9:00am = $10
8:00am - 8:30am = $15
7:30am - 8:00am = $20
7:00am - 7:30am = $25
Half Day Times: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm OR 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
AM Session campers are welcome to stay and eat lunch with us. PM Session Campers are welcome to come early at noon and eat with us.
Late pick-up (after 4:30 pm) is arranged on individual basis in advance. Please email [email protected] or speak with a camp leader to pre-arrange what you need.
TO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE USE CODE CASHCHECK AT CHECKOUT. This form of payment must be approved by WCM.

WCM Cinch Bag for helmet, gloves, water bottle, treats. Additional zipper pocket and mesh back for ventilation. Navy with gold logo on front.
WCM SweatyBandz
WCM Custom SweatyBandz headband. Soft material with elastic to keep hair out of face when riding! Many styles to choose from, petite and adult sizes. Specify size & style on arrival to camp.
WCM Gloves
Black cotton gloves with rubber nubs for added grip. Sizes XS through M, machine washable. Specify size on arrival to camp.
